How can I learn more about this event ?

In advance of the actual event the Central Southern Region sends out 10,000 notifications of half-day seminars within Hampshire/Dorset/Isle of Wight for interested companies to attend in order to find out about the event. At these promotions, each attendee will receive a catalogue containing details of around 400-500 companies who will be acting as hosts. These companies cover most business sectors.

Guest companies select from the catalogue the host companies they would like to contact. The National Counsellors who have access to special software for planning the desired meetings (host to guest or guest to guest) throughout the 2 days of the events, will provide each guest delegate with their meeting schedule at the beginning of the event. These selections are then registered via the National Counsellors.

Preparation Seminar

Additional to the promotional seminar, Central Southern England Partnership also organise a Free half day Preparation seminar for registered delegates from Central Southern England region, giving help and guidance on how to get the best results from this exciting event. Central Southern Region has consistently taken between 25-35% of the England/Wales delegation, many delegates attending more than one event.

The Central Southern England sponsors of the event are so pleased with the results that they actually give each attending company some financial sponsorship to help towards the travel and accommodation !

At the event delegates have the opportunity to make additional scheduled meetings with the companies attending, via the sophisticated scheduling system used. Whenever possible, interpreters are provided free of charge.

What Happens After the Event ?

Central Southern England Partnership send a critique to each attending company asking which type of aftercare help they require and whenever possible, guide and inform companies on how to proceed.
